Lincoln House Chambers once again recognised as leading firm in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 guides

Lincoln House Chambers are pleased to announce that a significant number of our members have been ranked across several practice areas in the latest guide rankings in both The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners guides, released this week.

In The Legal 500 guide, Lincoln House Chambers were ranked as a Tier 1, leading set. It was noted that ‘criminal law is a mainstay of Lincoln House Chambers’ practice, housing barristers who are well versed in cases involving historical sexual abuse, drugs conspiracies, fraud, homicide and serious violence’. With regulatory law regarded as ‘another cornerstone area of instruction’.

Among the leading criminal silks ranked as ‘Tier 1’ advocates were: Alistair Webster QC, Andrew Thomas QC, Chris Daw QC, Simon Csoka QC, and Kate Blackwell QC; with 8 juniors also ranked as ‘Tier 1’:  Gerard Doran, Alexander Leach, Daniel Thomas, Mark Ford, Richard Dawson, Neil Usher, Simon Gurney and Tim Storrie.

The regulatory team were noted as possessing ‘strength in depth’, with members active across a wide range of health and safety matters. Two silks, Andrew Thomas QC and Lisa Roberts QC, were ranked as Tier 1 advocates, as were Austin Welch, Daniel Thomas, Kevin Donnelly, and Simon Gurney.

In the Chambers & Partner’s guide, LHC were recognised as a ‘highly regarded set” ’ With members noted for their ability to ‘handle serious and complex cases ranging from homicide offences to serious fraud.’
