About Georgia Faulke

Georgia Faulke is an intelligent and persuasive advocate who quickly establishes the confidence of both solicitors and lay clients. She joined Lincoln House Chambers in 2024 and maintains a broad criminal practice in the Magistrates’ Court, Youth Court, and Crown Court.

Before coming to the Bar, Georgia gained significant experience through her work with Support Through Court and the Witness Service. These roles afforded her a deep understanding of the real challenges faced by court users and strengthened her ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Georgia’s client-focused approach, coupled with her strong interpersonal skills, enables her to build trust quickly, including clients who may be particularly vulnerable or difficult to engage with.

Georgia graduated with a First-Class degree in Law and was awarded a large scholarship by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, in recognition of her academic excellence and dedication to the profession. She applies the same rigour and attention to detail to the preparation of every case.

Georgia has developed a specific interest and growing expertise in cases involving young and vulnerable defendants. Drawing upon her previous experience working with special educational needs students, she brings a thoughtful and considered approach to her work in the Youth Court. Georgia is well regarded for her personable yet firm manner and intends to continue developing her practice in this area.

In addition to her criminal practice, Georgia has established a busy motoring practice, frequently appearing in the Magistrates’ Court to advance special reasons and exceptional hardship applications.

Outside of her professional commitments, Georgia enjoys spending time with her dogs and regularly attends the theatre, having previously been involved in performing arts herself.
